Definition of an MBA Dealer

An MBA Dealer is a business that purchases MBA products at a dealer cost and resells them to their customers at retailer pricing. They currently have existing infrastructure (i.e. warehouse, storage, etc.) and/or plans to build infrastructure. Additionally, they have the means to deliver and apply product.

Definition of an MBA Agent

An MBA Agent works as a 1099 contractor and sells products on a commission basis only. Their customers are MBA customers. MBA controls the billing, inventory, and order fulfillment.
